Payment and Cancellation Policy
Prices quoted on our website include VAT and cleaning fees.
PAYMENT METHOD:
Payment for reservations can be made by bank transfer or credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express) via a secure payment gateway.
CONFIRMATION DEPOSIT AND FINAL BALANCE:
Confirmation Deposit: 10% (refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival)
Final Balance 60 days prior to arrival: 90% (non-refundable)
Security deposit: 300 € (the security deposit can be paid in advance or on arrival and will be returned via bank transfer after departure)
Eco-tax: 2.20 €/night/person 16 years and over
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival.
A cancellation charge of 100% of the total price is payable for cancellations within 60 days before arrival.
